4th graders are working like a busy bee on the Picasso Head project. Students learned about Picasso's life and his artworks, and created these front/profile view portraits with rich and vibrant colors and patterns. 4th graders also created a Jackson Pollock-inspired "action painting" by splattering and drizzling paint. We surely can't wait for the field trip to High Museum in March to see the original Picasso and Jackson Pollock's paintings.
I saw the Picasso projects that my kids did and they really look like Senor Picasso did them himself! I love seeing all of the great things that you are doing with the students.
